2Is it possible to alter a finished tailored products from Batik Concept?

Yes, it’s possible and we do not charge for minor adjustment. However, for major changes there will be extra fees according to requested alteration.

3What differentiate each of Batik Concept’s silk Tenun categories?

Each Tenun collection has a set of motifs and there is a slight variation on the threadcount
of the silk thread used :

•The Silk Contemporary is a choice if you prefer a shirt
without tumpal (an accent section at the center of the shirt) in the middle.
•Silk Classic Tenun has a lighter threadcount in comparison to Silk Twill Tenun.
•Silk Twill Titanium Tenun requires a more advanced coloring process than Silk Twill Tenun.

4How to take care of Batik Concept shirt?

On Silk Materials ; please dry clean the shirt.
On Cotton Materials ; please dry clean or hand wash in cool water at home.
Dry in shade then dry iron (in medium setting).
